You will receive feedback that combines AI analysis and venture capitalist review, delivered via email after your submission is processed.

02Submission Fee

Submission fees are non-refundable. They cover the cost of review and ensure quality submissions. No refunds will be issued for feedback you disagree with or find unfavorable.

03Privacy and Confidentiality

Submissions are reviewed internally and by VC panels for feedback purposes only. Your submission will not be publicly distributed without your consent. You may be contacted about future opportunities, with the option to opt out.

04Newsletter Feature

If you opt in during your submission, your startup may be selected for a short profile in the Lynx Collective newsletter. No sensitive information (financials, fundraising details, proprietary strategy) will be included. Nothing is published without your review and explicit approval. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

05How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for feedback generation and to improve our AI analysis. Aggregated, anonymized data may support research. We will never sell your personal information or submission data.

06No Investment Advice

The feedback you receive is not investment advice, a valuation, or an offer to invest. It represents opinions and analysis for informational purposes only.

07No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI and human analysis may contain errors, omissions, or subjective assessments. We make no guarantees about accuracy or completeness of the feedback provided.

08Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of everything you submit. You grant Lynx Collective a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submission for the stated purposes. No transfer of IP ownership occurs.

09Limitation of Liability

Lynx Collective's total liability to you is limited to the amount of the submission fee paid.

10Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Beacon constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
